GREAT NEWS, YOGA IS BACK! I'm happy to announce that I will be offering Vinyasa Flow classes for the month of May at on the board walk cafe.
Of those of you who are wondering, This flow class offers strength, flexibility, concentration, breath-work, and some form of meditation at the end, which makes it a great starting point for beginners.
You will need to bring your own mats, water. Can't wait to see you on the mats!
