YIN YOGA

BEGINNER BASED

A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching.

Meditation practice is a focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again, actually addresses stress, whether positive or negative." Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.
